On our first day it was too busy to go up the Sears (now known more commonly as the Willis) Tower, but on our last full day in Chicago, we decided to get some views of Chicago from the 94th floor of the John Hancock centre.
The view east from the tower quite easily makes you think you are looking out onto the ocean, when you are in fact on the west side of Lake Michigan!
The view north includes Lincoln Park, which is where we had spent the previous afternoon
It was a little hazy, but even so, we could see pretty far, this was the view west across the city:
And of course no skyscraper tour would be complete with a look down:
And the view of downtown Chicago is incredible!
