… has sprung right? It’s that time of year when I think that owning a lamb would be totally amazing and a perfect idea, and gardens actually look interesting with some blasts of colour. In fact me and Mr B should be getting into our garden about now, the houses owners have quite a busy garden with various shrubs and plants to look after (and we haven’t done anything yet-shhhhhh!) . I’m just hoping that we don’t get too ruthless in our chopping/tidying back and chop something down of worth. Although apparently we have a plum tree and raspberry plants which I am very excited about for later in the year.
One of the ladies in Kinghorn brought us round some flowers from her husbands garden this week, and the day after we had put them in a vase, the heads of the flowers had totally opened up so I got some good shots. I really love bright and bold flowers.
The other thing we’ve finally started doing after a bit of a break (for no reason in particular!) is going to gigs. On Monday we’re seeing Admiral Fallow, and we’re hoping to book tickets for some other folky musicians – Kris Drever later on in May and Roddy Woomble for Mr B’s birthday in June.
The next exciting thing we’re up to is heading off to the Isle of Arran for a bit of a break in a couple of weeks time. Lots of walking and cycling planned – if the weather holds!
