Way back in the summer I was contacted by SWIG, a newish company who are all about artisan hip flasks. Now gin’s my tipple of choice, but Mr B is definitely into his malts and so more likely to use a flask than I, so SWIGs offer to provide us with a hip flask in return for a review provoked a very excited reaction from Mr B.
Last month, the flask of our choice arrived in smart packaging, right in time for a family wedding!
The Harris Tweed flask is a perfect match for Mr B when he is kilted up, obviously the Scottish connection appeals to us both greatly, especially with our Hebridean summer holiday not long in the past, although all of their flask pouch designs are stylish and there are choices for all occasions.
Each flask contains enough space for 4-5 drams, and they are all made out of stainless steel (not pewter or silver which both contain risk of toxification). Our one fitted perfected in Mr B’s sporran!
These pictures were taken before the whisky (Bushmills, if you’re wondering) was duly shared by Mr B’s family at the end of the wedding reception while I was dancing the night away!
Thanks to SWIG who provided me with a whisky flask of my choice in exchange for a promotional blog post!
