Susan has been brilliant at supporting our work at LAC through both reviewing and previewing events from our public programme, including previewing the whole season and selecting highlights. We’ve found that having somebody to cast an outside eye over what we’re doing and put it into their own words is one of the single most useful marketing tools for us. This has undoubtedly enabled us to reach people we otherwise would not have reached before and helped to communicate our key messages across the county.
