I first got to know Susan back in 2014 from her attending the North Hop festivals as a customer. She was always super supportive and keen to get the word out about the events/festivals so when I was looking for a brand ambassador for North Hop to cover the Highlands area in 2017 Susan seemed like the perfect fit. She is very proactive and has a very strong ‘support local’ ethos!
