Since moving to Fife I have been doing lots of job applications, which is now starting to become quite tiresome. Something that makes it more bearable is the regular amount of baking I’ve been doing (this also makes Mr B very happy too!)
I made cupcakes which sold well at a church coffee morning, and yesterday I made a really good lemon drizzle cake courtesy of BBC GOOD FOOD.
Mr B’s request is that I make a vanilla sponge, but isn’t that a little boring? How can I make it a little more special? Suggestions welcome!
