Point and Shoot – Paris

While I’ve not travelled extensively, I really have enjoyed going to different countries in Europe and experiencing the vast differences there are in culture and landscape.

However for tonight’s post, I thought I’d dig out a few pictures taken from the Arc de Triomphe a few years ago.

Orkney – West Mainland Explorations

At the end of August, my brother and I had an overnight trip to Orkney. With just over 30 hours on the mainland, we had to strike a balance of touring some key tourist sites without tearing round like maniacs, and we started off with an afternoon on the west mainland.

Latheronwheel Harbour | Off the Beaten Track

I’ve written previously about a trip to Lybster Harbour, which has taken a star turn recently in featuring as a filming location for The Crown. However, the East Coast of Caithness is jam packed with more harbours, and after we visited Laidhay Croft Museum, we chose a beautifully day to visit Latheronwheel Harbour.
