… I say make a lemon tart!
Today I made this recipe via the BBC Food website. It was so easy, and full of zingy lemon flavour – our lunch guests were very positive as there was silence around the table as everyone polished off a piece! As I only had a 23cm tin, I reduced the cooking time by 4 minutes. I also had some leftover pastry (the packet I had contained 320g) and lemon cream mixture – so I made a couple of mini lemon tarts which took less than 20 mins ( 7 mins for the pastry followed by 10 minutes for the filling to set)! Topped with a sprinkle of icing sugar and dotted blueberries on the top – this was a delicious Sunday dessert!
